Breanna was born in Queensland and raised in the Far North. A country girl at heart, who completed her Bachelor of Laws at Southern Cross University in 2019 before completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at Bond University in 2020.

During her studies, Breanna worked part-time as a law clerk in addition to raising her daughter and starting her own pet-sitting and dog training business.

Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2021, Breanna has demonstrated experience across all areas of family law including complex family law matters involving paternity, child support, risk, and high parental conflict. Breanna has further experience in domestic violence, criminal law, property law, wills, and estates.

Breanna regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and can assist families to resolve their matters outside of the court litigation process through mediation and family dispute resolution.

Being a parent herself who believes that a child deserves a meaningful relationship with both parents, Breanna’s focus remains on providing practical and realistic family law advice where the best interests of the child are paramount considerations. Breanna strives to guide her clients through the family law process as stress free, cost effective and timely as possible.

Outside of work, Breanna enjoys the simple pleasures of the world around her including camping, reading, spending time with her daughter and discovering hidden waterfalls.
