Emma was born in Syndey and grew up in Country New South Wales and Gold Coast Hinterland. She still resides in the Gold Coast Hinterland with her three children.

Emma commenced working in the legal industry in 2010 after leaving finished high school and commenced her Law Degree in 2017, however she placed this on hold to focus on her career as a paralegal and to have a family. 

  

Emma joined Beck Legal in 2019 as a Paralegal and assists our Solicitors with their day-to-day work on files, from drafting correspondences and Court material, appearing in Magistrates Court matters, liaising with clients and other practitioners and much more. Emma has extensive experience in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Traffic Law. 

  

Being a parent and going through a separation and divorce herself, she understands the emotional stress clients can go through. Emma is relatable and seeks to provide support and guidance to clients through separation and divorce. 

  

Emma enjoys being outdoors and active and is regularly competing in Touch Rugby League completions, Triathlons, and other sporting events.
