Family and Criminal Law and Domestic Violence

Shacarra was born in New Zealand and grew up in Queensland and completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University in 2019 before going on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Bond University in 2020.

 

During her studies, Shacarra was awarded the Griffith of Academic Award for Excellence in 2014 and 2018, obtaining an entrance opportunity into the Golden Key Society for Academic Excellence. Shacarra was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court and High Court in 2020.

Shacarra completed her practical legal training at two (2) Criminal Law firms. Shacarra joined Beck Law in 2021 as a Solicitor and has experience working in Family Law and Domestic Violence. Shacarra as an interest in all areas of Family and Criminal Law and Domestic Violence. Shacarra appears regularly in the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court and Family Court. Shacarra also assists clients through their legal journey outside of Court through mediation.

Shacarra’s goal is to provide clients with realistic, practical, and reasonable advice whilst guiding and supporting them through their legal journey in a cost effective and timely manner.

Shacarra enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, reading, and listening to podcasts.
